A 21-year-old city woman was arrested Thursday on a charge that she stole from a tanning business.
Rachel Marshall, 1710 Knob Creek Road, was charged with theft over $1,000.
Police said her arrest resulted from an incident at Tan 2000, 1041 Hamilton Place.
She was held in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond with arraignment set Friday.

There seems to be an increase in the number of alleged crimes involving employed people in an era of job shortages. I am concerned. Do people not want to work?

No that is not true. You bail out immediately and get a lawyer to show you're not going to sit down on the matter. If you are not prepared to get bashed on the internet and be in the "Busted" paper, don't steal from your employer.
