Update: Four students remain at JCMC following Thursday bus crash

According to a hospital spokesperson, only four David Crockett High School students remained hospitalized Sunday evening after a bus crash Thursday.

Seventeen students were taken to Johnson City Medical Center following Thursday afternoon’s school bus crash on Mount Wesley Road near Telford.

All of the victims still needing care are in the Niswonger Children's Hosptial pediatrics unit. Some had been in the intensive care unit.

Forty-two students from David Crockett High School were on the bus Thursday when it flipped, injuring 26 students and the bus driver. Seventeen students were taken to Johnson City Medical Center for treatment, eight were taken to Franklin Woods Community Hospital and one student was treated at Holston Valley Medical Center in Kingsport.

Everyone that believes in The Lord Jesus Christ should pray for these young people.

Being in the public fool system is hard enough, then have to ad the cost cutting which endangers their innocent lives! God help those that don't care about their safety!

This is another good reason to home school, don't trust others you don't even know to watch over your children!
