Man arrested for 10th DUI after driving 20 mph on interstate; tells police, 'I'm drunk. Do what you gotta do.'

KINGSPORT — A Kingsport man was arrested on his tenth offense of DUI on Tuesday after allegedly driving 20 mph on I-26, weaving from lane to lane.

When asked how much he had to drink, the man reportedly told police, "Too much. I'm drunk. Do what you gotta do."

An incident report from Kingsport police says central dispatch received a call from a motorist at 9:35 p.m. The caller, who was near the Rock Springs exit of I-26, reported a possible westbound drunk driver who was "running off the roadway."
