Victor Special Forces Mallare, 23, 102 Mountain Hollow Road, East Court, Apartment E1, Mountain City, was arrested over the weekend by Constables Mark Carrier and Tim Lyons.
Investigators said Mallare had provided cold medicine containing psuedoephedrine to the illegal lab. Psuedoephedrine is an ingredient needed to manufacture methamphetamine. In the affidavit on the arrest warrant, investigators said Mallare knowingly purchased the cough medicine in Washington County in order to deliver it to the Cash Hollow meth lab in a conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Mallare was charged with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and promotion of methamphetamine manufacture. He is scheduled to answer the charge in Sessions Court on June 1.
