Man pulls woman from burning car in Knoxville

KNOXVILLE — A Seymour man pulled a woman from her burning vehicle Sunday afternoon in South Knoxville.

The woman, whose identity has not been released, was driving a 2005 Subaru Baja south on Kimberlin Heights Road about 2:21 p.m. when it hydroplaned, according to the Knox County Sheriff’s Office.

The car left the road, overturned, struck a tree and burst into flames.
