ROGERSVILLE — A Rogersville woman told police her boyfriend beat her up Wednesday night because he was tired of her talk about the death of her 25-year-old daughter, who passed away Sept. 13 following a long illness.
The assault allegedly occurred after Rhonda Dorton, told her boyfriend she wanted to remove a couch from their home because it reminded her of her daughter.
