Arrest made after woman shot in Red Bank

CHATTANOOGA — A 34-year-old Chattanooga man has been arrested after a woman was shot in Red Bank last night.

The Times Free Press reports that Antwan Lamar Jackson was charged with two counts of aggravated assault and two counts of attempted murder after his involvement in a shooting incident on U.S. 27 near Morrison Springs Road, according to a news release from the Red Bank Police Department.

The victim, Monica R. Branham, was able to drive herself to the Hardee's on McCahill Road in Red Bank and get help.
