Guns stolen in Bristol, Va., office burglary; police seek clues

BRISTOL, Va. — Police were looking for public help in finding whoever broke into a Euclid Avenue office building and stole money, antique currency and coins, jewelry and firearms earlier this week.

Between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. Thursday, an office building at the corner of Euclid and Wagner Street was burglarized. Police said the burglar or burglars forced open a rear exterior door and then forced open interior doors to different offices inside the building.

No arrests had been made, and police had no suspects. Anyone with information about the burglary was asked to contact Detective Sgt. Crawford at 423-502-2059 or the Police Department at 276-645-7400.
