Two charged in Johnson City auto burglary

Two Johnson Citians were charged Thursday in an auto burglary, according to a police news release.

Johnson City police charged Roger D. Estep Jr., 35, no address available, and Kimbery Whaley, of 120 Reeser Road, No. 46, with auto burglary and theft under $500.

Police said these arrests stemmed from an auto burglary at 318 Arbor Drive.

Estep and Whaley were being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $11,000 bonds each.

They were scheduled to appear in Sessions Court Tuesday.
