Two charged in Johnson City mall robbery

A Johnson City woman and a juvenile were charged in the robbery of another juvenile, according to police.
Johnson City police said in a news release that Brittany N. Kneaskern, 18, 501 Pardee St., and a 16-year-old female were charged in the robbery of a 14-year-old girl at the Johnson City Mall on Sunday.
Kneaskern was charged with robbery and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
She was being held on $15,000 bond in the Washington County Detention Center.
She was scheduled to appear Thursday in Sessions Court.
The 16-year-old was also charged with robbery and was being held in the Upper East Tennessee Juvenile Detention Center.
She was scheduled to appear in Juvenile Court at a later date.
