Johnson City police arrested a Limestone woman Thursday on reckless endangerment and theft charges after an incident at a city Walmart involving $32 worth of merchandise.
Police said Keesha L. Lenoir, 32, 70 Price Road, Limestone, concealed the merchandise at the West Market Street location in an attempt to steal it, but she was stopped temporarily by a Walmart loss prevention employee.
She fled the store, leaving her identification behind, and drove away recklessly, police said.
Police later served her with a warrant for theft under $500 and reckless endangerment. She jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $2,000 bond with a Sessions Court hearing set for Monday.
