Domestic disturbance call leads to arrest

A Johnson City man was charged Thursday after officers responded to a domestic disturbance call, according to a police news release.

According to the release, Ronald J. Collins, 37, 538 Mission Way, was charged with aggravated assault after officers investigated the call at 830 Pardee St.

He was taken to the Washington County Detention Center and was being held on $10,000 bond.

Collins is scheduled to appear for a preliminary hearing in Sessions Court on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
