Man charged with Tree Streets auto burglaries

A New Year's Eve call in Johnson City's Tree Streets neighborhood prompted police to arrest a 24-year-old man on auto burglary charges.

Police were called to the area around 503 W. Pine St. in reference to an attempted auto burglary and arrested Ketron around 11:30 p.m. Monday.

Charged with two counts  of auto burglary and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, Ketron was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond and arraigned Thursday in Sessions Court.
