Bristol man faces burglary, other charges

BRISTOL –– A Bristol man was arrested Friday following an investigation into an automobile burglary Wednesday near Raytheon Road, according to a Bristol police news release.
According to the release, Kevin Tracy Marshall, 20, and a 16-year-old juvenile allegedly broke into a vehicle, took a credit card belonging to the vehicle’s owner and used the card at businesses in Bristol.
Police were able to match Marshall’s vehicle to the description of the suspect’s vehicle from the investigation.
He was charged with burglary, theft, identify theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The juvenile also was charged with burglary, theft and identity theft, the release said.
