Two Johnson City residents charged in burglary

Two Johnson City residents were charged with burglarizing a South Roan Street home of furniture and other items, according to police.
Johnson City police were called by the person who lives at No. 155 at Heritage Trailer Park, 2701 South Roan St. to investigate the burglary on Sunday.
Police said Joseph Edwards, 31, 2701 South Roan St., No. 204, and Danielle Fleming, 37, 111 Sarah-Annie Dr., confessed to the burglary and assisted in the recovery of many of the stolen items.
Edwards and Fleming were charged with one count each of aggravated burglary and were being held at the Washington County Detention Center on $20,000 bonds.
They were to have appeared in Sessions Court Monday.
