City man accused of using stolen credit card

A Johnson City man was arrested by investigators on Friday following an investigation of a stolen credit card, police said.
Denver Allen Dugger Jr., 39, 830 Hamilton St., was arrested on nine counts of credit card fraud and three counts of forgery. Police said the charges followed a report of a stolen credit card that was used throughout Johnson City Aug. 25-26.
Dugger was being held in the Washington County Detention Center on $35,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Sessions Court on Monday at 1:30 p.m.
