Survey: Friendship among best dealerships

The Friendship Family of Dealerships are among the 100 best dealerships to work for in the United States, according to a survey conducted by Automotive News Trade Magazine.
To arrive at this list, Best Companies Group, of Harrisburg, Pa., conducted a thorough company assessment of dealerships that chose to enter the process.
The two-part assessment was designed to gather detailed data about each participating company. In part one, the employer completed a questionnaire. In part two, employees completed a survey.
Out of only six dealerships in Tennessee to be awarded this honor, Friendship Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge-Ram of Bristol, Friendship Ford-Hyundai-Volva of Bristol and Friendship Hyundai of Johnson City took three of the slots.
Automotive News will publish a special section Oct. 22. Some of the dealerships will be profiled in depth, with a look at the practices and policies that helped establish them as great places to work. Photos from the Best Dealerships To Work For celebration in Chicago also will be included.
Established in 1993, the Friendship Family of Dealerships has grown into 11 franchises in seven locations within Tennessee and North Carolina. Franchises include Ford, Volvo, Hyundai, Eqqus, Honda, Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and Quickland.
