Woman charged with giving police wrong name after crash

Johnson City police arrested a city woman Saturday after she allegedly gave another person's name during a crash investigation.
Nena M. Collins, 27, 460 Cedar Grove Road, was charged with identity theft.
In a news release, police said officers were investigating a crash and when speaking with one of the drivers, she identified herself as another person.
Collins was jailed in the Washington County Detention Center on $10,000 bond pending a Sessions Court appearance Monday.
