Staff report • Sep 23, 2013 at 3:33 PM

ELIZABETHTON — State Line Drive-In, one of the few remaining drive-in theaters in the region, will get a new digital projector from Honda’s Project Drive-In.

This Elizabethton drive-in was one of nine such theaters around the nation to receive an $80,000 digital projector from Honda. The new projector means the theater will be able to continue showing movies after everything converts to a digital format next year.

The awarding of this projector was confirmed on projectdrivein.com this morning.
