On Sunday from 3-5 p.m., the Historic Tree Streets Music in the Park will feature The ETSU Bluegrass Band. The concert will be in Veterans Park, 1005 Southwest Ave. Bring your lawn chair or your blanket and spend a relaxing afternoon under the shade trees. Admission is free. The 24th annual Tree Street Yard Sale gets underway Saturday, rain or shine. Johnson City Police estimate over 15,000 people from all over the region and several neighboring states attend the yard sale annually.
