Dr. Becky Copeland donated nine pet oxygen mask kits to the city’s fire department Monday, citing inspiration from a story in the Johnson City Press in which firefighters resuscitated a small dog at a fire off the Bristol Highway.

Bonds were set Monday for the four men arrested Friday for their alleged involvement in a Unicoi home invasion that occurred earlier this month and the burglary of the Maple Grove Restaurant that took place in the latter part of October.
