BOSTON — Survivors of the Boston Marathon bombings got little satisfaction from surviving suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's first public appearance since the deadly attacks. "Not guilty," was all he said, over and over.

A Johnson City woman arrested on a driving charge following a traffic stop this week ended up hospitalized for an overdose of cocaine, Xanax and Lortab, then medical staff found other drugs hidden in two of her body cavities.
