A Johnson City mother who sold three of her children into child pornography production has agreed to plead guilty to one of the federal charges filed against her.

The Carter County Sheriff's Department on Wednesday arrested a North Carolina woman who was accused of taking another woman to a remote mountainous section of Carter County and beating her with a baseball bat.
