2 Virginia women charged with felony shoplifting at Johnson City mall

Two Southwest Virginia women were arrested in Johnson City on Tuesday after J.C. Penney employees accused them of hiding more than $1,200 worth of merchandise in their purses.

That particular run was a bit - though not extremely - different from others for us. With the windchill, the temperature hit 24 degrees below zero and never improved throughout the hour and 45 minutes it took us to complete our 16-miler.
