Local doctor, wife get probation, $300K in fines in cancer drug case

Dr. Anindya Kumar Sen and his wife, Patricia Posey Sen, who run the East Tennessee Cancer and Blood Centers in Johnson City and Greeneville, were convicted in December of purchasing misbranded cancer drugs.
