DA says deputy's blood alcohol was below legal limit in off-duty wreck in April

District Attorney General Tony Clark has now confirmed that an off-duty Washington County sheriff deputy's blood alcohol content was below the legal limit when the officer wrecked his personal car in April, injuring himself and another off-duty deputy.
