Wintry weather shifts Meals on Wheels to park

The First Tennessee Human Resource Agency's delivery of Meals on Wheels to 1,000 shut-in seniors and disabled adults in eight Northeast Tennessee counties is wrestling with its own set of unique set of weather challenges.
